Time to go see Finding Neverland*

It's cutback time in Britain too:
"Great Ormond Street Hospital in London has had to close up to one-fifth of its its beds, cancel operations and turn away dozens of critically ill children because of the severe financial problems it faces.

"The trust, which faces a 1.7 million pound deficit, got into difficulty because it treated hundreds more children last year than it was funded for."
Yeah, we can't have that, treating more children than they're supposed to. What were they thinking?

As in the U.S., the British government has spent billions of pounds paying for the cost of invading and occupying Iraq, so it goes without saying they couldn't possibly find another 1.7 million for Great Ormond Street.

"Money for human needs, not war" isn't just a slogan. It's an imperative.

*Great Ormond Street Hospital has been the beneficiary of the copyright of Peter Pan since 1929.
