Life in the United States
In today's news:
Overall, 35.52 million people [in the United States], including 12.63 million children, went hungry [in 2006] compared with 35.13 million in 2005.Needless to say, in the richest country in the world, there's not a reason in the world that a single person should go hungry. Oh wait, there is one. It's called "capitalism."
