Pinpoint warfare
CNN is now reporting that a U.S. destroyer off the coast of Somalia, firing 5-inch guns, has been firing on Somalia, aiming at "a terrorist." Well, that's certainly the way to kill someone without any "collateral damage," isn't it. I guess they're taking lessons from the Lebanese Army.
Actually capturing a suspect and trying them for their crimes? How very quaint a notion.
